Very clean on the floor and all items stay pretty well stocked. Bathrooms and number of cashiers could definitely use a little help, but then again you can't have everything.
I love the Scan & Go. I can verify the price before I put it in my basket. I love the running total it is to easy to over spend. I check out pretty quickly and bag my stuff in my reusable bags (that I forgot) when I get to my car. Being able to organize as I bag helps when I get home and start putting things away.
Honestly, have being to several Walmarts, I've never seen such an over unorganized store before. The only thing that brings me back is deli. They are definitely on point. But electronics , it's terrible. Everything is unorganized, it's ridiculous. I got an item the other day and it was supposably in the wrong place and also, it didn't even have a price on the shelf for the actual item. How does that even happen ? One of the managers even got an attitude with me because of their fault. I'll be going to Best buy to get my electronics for now on.
However I steer clear of WM at Christmas time because (exp..) "More Christmas for your money" offends me.
The Mineral Wells WalMart has the new Scan & Shop Technology. I love it. I love seeing how much I'm spending as I go. I bag my groceries as I pick them up. I walk to the check out, pay my bill and I'm out the door!
You know I really appreciate the great folks I personally know and respect that work at Walmart in Mineral Wells. However I have to say the changes being made in the store are surely coming from a Corporate level. It seems to me the corporation seems to be minimizing staff and continues to tout all the truly not so convenient technology that initially has me working harder to get out of there after a full day at my own job. Bring back the personable folks that do their job well and stop pushing us to your choice of convenience to minimize staff, work the ones there harder and have the customers do for you what you used to do for the customer. Let the knowledgeable folks take care of the customer instead if cutting hours and having three folks in register!! Just saying!!!
