Went in to get dishwasher. They had wide variety in stock. Found just what I wanted and it was on sale at a good price. Nice, helpful and knowledgeable salesperson.
The owner of this business is out to make as much off you as she can. Very unhappy about how I was treated in this store and I heard that she often doesn't pay employees on time and sometimes refuses to pay employees at all. Horrible business owner. I won't be back!
Got an email our package was ready for pickup yesterday morning. Drove an hour there to be told I should have called first to make sure it was there. No apology for the drive or the email. Came back today and the same man was again less than cordial. He did however ask if I needed help loading the 140lb trampoline into the vehicle which he did help do. Sears customer service gave us a discount for the 2 hours of extra driving. Would simply suggest customer service training with a smile and sending something out to those who have items shipped to the store that their packages will not be there till the next day after they get the email that it is currently there.

Purchased a lawnmower was very pleased, staff and owner very helpful. Glad they have new owner and they are weeding out bad employees.
