They lost my package and refused to help me with finding it, we receive other people's mail in box from streets away, it never runs on schedule, the people I have spoke with have all been rude
The customer service by the employees here is top notch and I would have given 5, however I went online to verify openings/closings and somehow the post office forgot to post there hours online!
The young lady that always waits on me or helps me. She is always smiling and in a good humor no matter how things are around her good or bad. Always says have a nice day or evening what ever applys.
Can't talk to anyone when calling
My mail person is wonderful, but today April 15, 2017 I was waiting at home because I was to recieve a package, I waited and waited only to find a sorry we missed you card, I checked the delivery status and to my surprise it was clearly written "unable to deliver", I know that this person was a fill in for my normal mailperson, but clearly not a really good employee, since what was reported about the delivery was not truth, I live in a rural area but that shouldn't mean that I am unable to get a package that I paid to have shipped to my home.
