My husband and I came into Mineral Wells from Dallas for a short weekend getaway. Never been here before. We made the reservations online. I had read good reviews for this hotel online. So I decided to give it a chance. I was very pleased with my choice. The hotel was very clean. Not at all noisy. The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious. The price was cheap for the size of the room and for the amenities the hotel provided. I would definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay. Very reasonably priced. Quiet. Comfortable. Full breakfast with bacon as well as sausage (don't usually get that) Would highly recommend if you are in the area.
Very nice hotel in a city with not a lot of choices. A good value for the buck.
I really didn't think I'd have anything to complain about! The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The beds were your standard Best Western beds, the bathroom was your standard Best Western bathroom. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming! And the parking lot was quite easy to navigate. The only issue I found was the "spa", it was poorly planned and stayed cold. This was the only issue I found! Great time!
Very clean, friendly, curious, & professional staff. WiFi worked great & the beds were comfortable. It's a non-smoking hotel, but they have a pretty nice patio out back for a smoking area. Will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area. The price was very reasonable & worth it for how nice the hotel was. I paid the same price at another hotel that was very dirty & outdated so Best Western is well worth the money & I got a $10 credit for my next stay. Only issue I had was that the vending machine kept taking my money & not vending a drink. So I left & found a gas station. I recommend this place for anyone in the area for 1 night or a week.
