Just what we expected, comfort, great breakfast, front desk is AWESOME and helpful, greated with a great SMILE
Room I had felt damp and humid for some reason even when I tried to set the room temp below 64°F it didn't seem like the A/C went below 74°F. Water pressure was pretty good, but the shower adjustment handle was very finicky, and was hard to get the correct water temp due to the regulator seeming to be too biased towards the scalding hot side... The place did look real good, alarm clock was easy enough to set and was one of the more modern ones. The TV though was too small for the room...
WiFi is good, although I've had to re-enter the access code from time to time. The beds are nice. It's a fine room to stay in. That's all I can say, since the purpose of my visit was a vacation with my family.
Nice clean rooms, friendly and helpful employees, could breakfast options and decent parking.
Got in late and had a guest waiting for us. Contacted the front desk told them there are bedbugs. the front desk said the manager wont be in until the morning. We didnt sleep all night and they were sold out of non smoking rooms. The manager genie called us in the room at 10am and apologized to us. She stated they have never had bed bugs. I told her we have it here in a cup and she came and saw it. She gave us a refund for the first night and we moved to another hotel for the second night. Corporate called and said bed bugs are a huge problem in the hotel industry. We stay in hotels all over the USA for business. We did not expect this hotel to have this issue.
